**COVID-19 DELIVERY INFORMATION**
Due to the ongoing global pandemic and the huge strains that are currently being placed on Royal Mail, UK deliveries in some areas are taking anything between 1-3 weeks. International deliveries are taking even longer with varying timescales. Please allow extra time for your order to be delivered during this difficult time.
All ordering must be done through our secure online store.
Please read the care instructions before purchasing on our care guide to ensure you understand that printed leggings do need a little more care as they can be prone to abrasion or bobbling damage.
All products are subject to availability. Once your order is placed you will receive an email confirmation confirming the full details of your transaction. Should the item you ordered be found to be out of stock, your order will be fully refunded and you will receive an email notification advising of this.
Payments for Sturdy By Design products are to be made using PayPal or Worldpay. Using PayPal or Worldpay is a safe and secure way of paying for goods. If you encounter any problems during the payment process, please contact us at [email protected]
All items are inclusive of standard UK VAT.

Sturdy By Design Ltd recognises that privacy of your personal information is extremely important. Sturdy By Design Ltd will keep any personal information we collect from you secure and any information we store about you can be accessed by you upon request. We will not pass on any information to any third parties, however we do have the right to disclose any personal information as required by law, when the disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and comply with the law.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders for UK/Europe that are in stock are dispatched same working day if ordered before 12 noon, next working day if ordered after 12 noon
Standard shipping to UK £3.49 for 1 item, £4.99 for 2 or more items, this is a 1st Class Royal Mail Signed Service, delivery times approx 1-2 working days
Orders over £50 qualify for Free Shipping, this is a 2nd class Royal Mail Signed Service, delivery times approx 2-4 working days. If you require a faster shipping method, select the Standard Shipping to pay to upgrade to 1st Class
Free Shipping for orders over £50 only applies to orders within the UK, any orders outside of the UK will not qualify for Free Shipping

Shipping and delivery times may vary depending on stock levels and postal peak periods.
If you chose an enhanced delivery method above the standard delivery offered, only the standard delivery cost will be refunded in the event you return the item for a refund.
Any duties or taxes incurred outside of the UK are not covered by Sturdy By Design Ltd.
Returns and Replacements
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, Sturdy By Design Ltd are happy to exchange or refund your purchase should you not be entirely satisfied with your goods. You must cover the cost of the return postage for returns or exchanges, exchange items will be posted back out to you FOC.
Exchange/refunds will only be given provided the items returned have not been worn, washed or damaged in any way and are returned in their original packaging. A deduction in refund can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary. Once the item has been received by Sturdy By Design Ltd, the replacement/refund will be given.
Sturdy By Design Ltd is not responsible for return packages that do not reach us. Please obtain proof of postage. For large order returns we recommend you use a tracked service.
To obtain a refund/exchange, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected]
Goods must then be sent and received by us within 14 days from confirmation of your return.
Your order will be fully refunded within 14 days of us receiving the returned item
CHRISTMAS GIFTS – we will make exceptions for items returned or exchanged outside of the 14 days if purchased as Christmas gifts, please ensure you have notified us by the 7th January
Under the Consumer Rights Act you have a legal right to reject goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund.
This right is limited to 30 days from the date you take ownership of your product. After 30 days, you will not be legally entitled to a full refund if your item develops a fault. You may however be entitled to a replacement if the issue can be proved as a fault from the time of supply and not general wear and tear or damage caused by the consumer.
In the event of finding a fault in your goods within this period, please email [email protected] and we will issue you a pre-paid returns bag so you may return your item either for an exchange or a full refund.
All faults will be examined carefully by ourselves. If we deem the issue to be damage caused by the consumer and not a general fault, no refund or exchange will be given.
By purchasing from us you will have an option to sign up to our mailing list for product updates, sales and special offers. If you choose to sign up to our newsletter you can unsubscribe at any time by scrolling to the bottom of any email from us and click the unsubscribe link.
Sturdy By Design Ltd cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.
All colours are produced as accurately as possible. Some colours may occasionally appear slightly different from our gallery pictures on our website due to your own resolution/picture settings.
Sturdy By Design Ltd reserves the right to cancel orders and refund all monies using PayPal or WorldPay.
