If you email sales@sturdybydesign.com as soon as you can, it may be possible to change your order providing it has not already been dispatched

Yes of course, just email sales@sturdybydesign.com and we can check and see if the size you need is in stock. You pay to return the unwanted items but we will send out your replacement free of charge. If your size is not in stock, we may be able to let you know a rough timescale of when it's due back in.

If you are between sizes we recommend you try the larger option first as the leggings are designed to be a tight fit.

Pop us an email sales@sturdybydesign.com and we can see if we have a spare one lying around.

Each pair of leggings comes with a toggle, you can thread this on the drawstring and it will stop it coming out in the wash. You can also tie the drawstring in a tight knot before washing.

Using a laundry bag helps too, and also keeps your leggings safe from abrasion damage in the wash. If it does come out, use a large paperclip or safety pin, attach to one end of the drawstring and use it to help thread it through the waistband.

You don't have to but we recommend that you do. The material is susceptible to abrasion/bobbling damage in the wash which is why they must always be washed on a cool short cycle and inside out. The use of a laundry bag offers extra protection so your leggings look new for longer.

Each gift code is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Postage, Delivery & Returns

Orders placed before noon on a working day will be shipped the same day by Royal Mail 24. Delivery is usually in 1-2 working days.

Please allow additional time for busy postal periods such as Christmas. International orders will vary depending on the destination.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail 24. It may be that there was no one home when the postman called, and your purple parcel is waiting for you at your local Royal Mail Customer Service Point.

It's worth checking there, even if you weren't given a missed delivery card. If not, then pop us an email sales@sturdybydesign.com and we can look into it for you.
