Made from my supportive Lycra-based sports fabric, these high waisted shorts are 100% squat proof, breathable and moisture wicking. They're designed to stay comfortable during everything from gym sessions and running to Zumba, spin, HIIT and festive fitness classes.
Flat stitched seams help minimise rubbing, while the removable drawstring allows you to adjust the waistband for a secure fit.
